• Scope of Access: We request access only to the Gmail read-only scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly). This allows us to review the content and metadata of your emails without making any changes to your inbox or sending messages on your behalf.
  
  

• Purpose of Use: We analyze your incoming email messages to detect potential vendor outreach or purchase-related activity. This helps us identify when you may benefit from our procurement support services.
  
  

• Processing by AI Services: To determine whether a message is sales-related, anonymized excerpts of your email content are sent securely to trusted AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI) for analysis. This content is truncated and stripped of personal identifiers to reduce the risk of exposing sensitive information.
